I am a COH&C member and have found the service A+. Their techs (Buddy & Martin in particular) are knowledgeable and polite (easy to have in your home) and their admin staff juggled things to get me seen faster due to broken AC on a hot day.

Spencer did a very good job explaining the condition of the heating and cooling elements in the house. He explained what conditions needed addressing and gave me several options with scenarios that allowed me to make a very informed decision. I felt comfortable with the decision I made mostly because Spencer laid out very clearly what was needed and the timeline that it looked like.

Dylan was professional and knowledgeable. Had no problem answering any question. Would have him back here next year.

Lyle did an awesome job . Was very knowledgeable, explained things in plain English, and went above and beyond the call of duty. He took the time to answer all my questions. Very respectful of my house. I would highly recommend this company. Last year they saved my late husband and my life by diagnosing carbon monoxide leak in our furnace during the biannual inspection.

Dylan was very helpful. He patiently addressed our issues and explained what we could do.

Ryan was very professional and kind. Prompt with the services provided and even reattached the garage door button in my garage. He used my hose to clean off the central air unit and placed it in a proper circle when he was finished. I highly recommend Ryan for any service needs. Thank you!
