She was able to schedule an electrician on two separate occasions with very little notice! In both cases, their communication was great, they were timely, the electrical assessment/work was appropriate and pricing was fair. I would recommend Central OR Heating and Cooling to anyone. I called in the morning and the gentleman who answered the phone was able to get a tech out the same day. The technician was there in between the hours that was given to me. Wayne was our technician and he was friendly, fast and professional. He fixed our furnace inside and had it working again in a few hours. He also installed a new thermostat for us. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was good at his job! We are very happy and satisfied with the work he done. The cost was reasonable for all the work he did, especially having to re-wire a lot of stuff.

Kion and Cutter came out to fix a broken cartridge in my faucet handle. The base was quite stuck and I had trouble removing it to replace the internals, so I called the pros. Kion and Cutter went above and beyond in their service. They got the base loose, replaced the cartridge, double-checked everything, and now I'm good to go. High quality work and a very reasonable price. I will be calling them (and specifically asking for Kion and Cutter) for any and all future plumbing needs.

Our experience was all very positive. Our 30+ year old furnace finally gave out in February with snow on the ground. CO Heating was very responsive to our predicament and my desire to get the right new system for our home and our preferences. We looked at one and two stage furnaces with various fan options and some different heat pump systems. I was able to get my plethora of questions answered and felt confident with our choice.The installers were excellent. They repaired the ductwork and added necessary electrical, plumbing and ducting for the high efficiency system. They also replaced our 30 year old air conditioner, which required redoing the condensate lines that had been originally installed incorrectly.We woke up to a cold house on a Tuesday morning not knowing the furnace was irrepairable or what the best replacement might be, and the new system was completely installed and blowing warm air by Thursday evening. My highest accolades to Nick and the crew at CO Heating.
