We had a new HVAC system installed in the last year. The company who installed it was unreliable in responding to issues & when they did come out, we still had ongoing problems. So even though still under their 1 year warranty, we called COHCP for their expertise. Our technician Rork was a Godsend. Personable, knowledgeable & efficient, he immediately began finding where the issues lied, fixed them & explained everything along the way. I will sleep much better tonight knowing this expensive heating & cooling system is now in capable hands & working at it's best.
